Any sensitive data sent over the internet will be password protected and shared with the recipient only. I cannot guarantee security on normal email information as transmission over the internet is inherently insecure unfortunately
Any Information held in paper format is kept in a secure locked manner and retained for the required time period according to the type of information and designated governing body.
I do not share your information with other therapists or teachers unless you have specifically requested this and we have agreed that I do so.
