  • EQUIPMENT:

    For Zoom classes you will need a massage ball for release work and a resistance band for strengthening.

          Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri  - 7 lessons cost £56
    In-person classes in Bath - 4 June to 10 July
          Tue & Wed - 6 lessons cost £60      

  • Catch ups:

    Recordings for each Zoom lesson are available if you miss class or want to repeat it (NB. recordings are kept for 4 weeks). A variety of 30-40min sessions are also available on request.

Class levels vary in the technique required and complexity.

level1

Beginner

Beginner classes teach basic core-work, simple co-ordination and helps you get to know your anatomy and ideal postural alignment.

level2

Level 2 improver

Adding a range of exercises to develop core strength and endurance, refine technique and increase range-of-motion in joints.

level3

Level 3 intermediate

Uses more challenging exercises that increase loading to promote strength and standing exercises to train balance and centreing.

level4

Level 4 advanced

Includes more choreographed flowing movement sequences with variations in pacing and positions to increase strength, agility and control.

Individual lessons

I use a variety of movement methods and my knowledge of functional anatomy to devise personalised exercise programs to help address your specific issues and rehabilitation requirements.

Release work – with massage therapy balls and techniques from manaul therapy I can show you how to work on persistent tension in body parts that have become 'stuck' so you can restore mobility and potentially ease pain.

Depending on your issues, I can provide individual lessons via Zoom or in person if you are in the Bath locality.
