    I record each Zoom lesson so if you have to miss your class or would like to repeat at your leisure - let me know and I will send you a link to the recording (NB. recordings are kept for 4 weeks).

Class levels vary in technique required and complexity.

level1

Beginner

Beginner classes teach the basic techniques with coordination and helps you get to know your anatomy.

level2

Level 2 improver

adding to the basics to develop core strength and endurance, refine technique and increase range-of-motion in joints.

level3

Level 3 intermediate

uses more challenging exercises that increase loading for strength and sequences that include balance exercises with more varied positions.

level4

Level 4 advanced

includes more choreographed flowing movement sequences with more variation in pacing to move through positions and work with gravity to increase strength, agility and focus.

Individual lessons

I use a variety of movement methods and my knowledge of functional anatomy to devise personalised exercise programs to help address your specific issues and rehabilitation requirements.

Release work – with massage therapy balls and techniques from manaul therapy I can show you how to work on persistent tense muscles or body parts that have become 'stuck' so you can restore mobility and potentially ease pain.

Depending on your issues, I can provide individual lessons via Zoom or in person if you are in the Bath locality.
